WSBK 2019 3 Round - Motocard Aragon

A great weekend for Eugene Laverty
The first European round of Aragon, Spain, confirmed the potential of Eugene Laverty and his Ducati Panigale V4R, masterfully managed by the Go Eleven Team. Precisely for the Aragon round, Bitubo brought significant developments to the front fork and the rear mono shock, which allowed the Irish rider to fight to the end for top positions and to win the special classification of Independent Teams, for two times out of three.

Race 1 on Saturday was very unlucky for Eugene, who was fighting for the podium with Rea and Davies for the second place overall, but a few corners from the finish he was forced to widen and he fell, finishing fifteenth. In Superpole Race and in Race 2 on Sunday, Laverty did two beautiful races, coming very close to the podium and proving he could fight on equal terms with Rea, Davies, Lowes and VdMark official bikes. The end result was the same: he finished twice in sixth position and first rider of the Independent Classification.

These results allow the Northern Irish rider to climb up the ranking so that he now positions himself in twelfth place in the General Classification, but above they show to both the rider and Team that they have taken the right way of development. Bitubo congratulates the Team and the rider for the results, very satisfied with the development improvements.
