Long Life Warranty

Bitubo emphasizes the importance of proper installation and maintenance of its shock absorbers to ensure safety and optimal performance. We recommend having them serviced by specialized centers, having annual checks performed, and a complete overhaul every 24 months at an Official Bitubo Technical Center.

The standard warranty covers products for 24 months from the date of purchase (or from the date of manufacture, if not available) and is valid exclusively for defects in materials or workmanship, providing for the repair or replacement of the product.

It is also possible to extend the warranty up to a maximum of 6 years through periodic inspections at authorized centers, thus ensuring long-term reliability and high performance.
