Information on the protection of personal data
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 101 of 10 August 2018 (“
Privacy Code ”) and European Regulation 2016/679 (“
Privacy Regulation ”), Bitubo Srl, with registered office in Teolo (PD), Via A. Volta, 24, VAT number IT02007650282, email privacy@bitubo.com (hereinafter, the “
Data Controller ”) intends to inform you that, in the event of your express consent (pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Privacy Regulation), your personal data will be processed to update you on all the Data Controller's promotional initiatives (the “
Newsletter ”).
The data you provide will be processed primarily using paper and/or electronic means under the authority of the Data Controller, by specifically designated, authorized, and trained individuals (pursuant to Article 2-quaterdecies of the Privacy Code and Article 29 of the Privacy Regulation). We inform you that appropriate security measures are implemented, also pursuant to Articles 5 and 32 of the Privacy Regulation, to prevent data loss, illicit or improper use, and unauthorized access.
The data may be disclosed within the EU, in full compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Code and the Privacy Regulation, to the following entities: the financial administration and/or other public authorities, where required by law or at their request; to external organizations, individuals, and companies used by the Data Controller to carry out activities related to, instrumental to, or consequent upon the provision of the Newsletter service; and to external consultants, unless designated in writing as Data Processors.
The updated list of designated Data Processors can be provided upon request by the interested party to the email address of the Data Controller indicated above.
The data required to send the Newsletter will be processed until the interested party exercises the right to unsubscribe from the Newsletter by revoking the consent given.
Articles 15 et seq. of the Privacy Regulation grant the interested party the right to obtain, in the manner and within the limits established by Article 2-undecies of the Privacy Code and Article 12 of the Privacy Regulation:
• confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;
• the indication of the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools, the identifying details of the owner;
• the updating, rectification, integration, deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law – including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data is collected or subsequently processed – certification that such operations have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
The interested party also has the right:
• to revoke consent (where given) to the processing of personal data at any time (without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the revocation);
• to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
• to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communications;
