THE TRAINING
DEALERS
Our technicians organize courses for dealers who want to deepen their knowledge of suspension systems and offer their customers better vehicle consulting and customization services. The courses are structured at progressive levels, from suspension beginners to advanced courses for technicians who work on racetracks.
BITUBO TECHNICAL CENTERS (CTB)
Bitubo aims to expand its service network both nationally and internationally, selecting new centers and providing the necessary training to repair the entire range of Bitubo products. Our CTBs regularly attend specific courses to offer our customers up-to-date advice.
OEM & INDUSTRIAL
Bitubo offers its expertise and facilities to create custom suspension solutions based on customer specifications, according to co-branding and private label agreements. Bitubo has been ISO 9001 certified since 2006 and ISO 9001:2015 since 2017. These quality standards have allowed us to obtain German ABE approval for more than 60% of our catalog. Specifically, our DS system was the first aftermarket electronic system to receive VCA approval. This expertise has allowed us to supply the Piaggio Group since around 1986, supporting them in the development and production of OEM products and accessories. We are suppliers to the Ural sidecar manufacturer and have successfully undergone a BMW Group audit. We are seeking additional partners for the OEM and accessories sector and believe that an Italian vehicle manufacturer could be an optimal match for the market. We are also available to collaborate with the WSBK and MOTOGP teams to strengthen this potential relationship and achieve excellent joint goals. We have developed new materials for the racing department that we can forward to our service centers around the world. They offer technical support to end users, who can rely on them for overhauls (basic maintenance), setup and balancing of their bikes (customization), and product warranties.
