Bitubo offers its pair of WMT22V2 shock absorbers in a rigorous “Dark Edition” version. The pair of WMT22V2 shock absorbers allows a notable general improvement in vehicle control also thanks to the refined tuning obtainable through the numerous available adjustments and the possibility of being supplied with specific calibration based on the rider’s weight and use. With WMT22V2 Bitubo introduces an innovative hydraulic preload adjustment system by equipping all top-of-the-range WMT series shock absorber pairs with a very compact adjustment device that allows the spring preload to be varied without having to intervene on the adjustment rings. The spring preload is entrusted to the hydraulic preload that can be operated by hand or with a common hex key.
It is possible to purchase (optional) a very convenient and compact control to quickly make all the necessary adjustments.
The shock absorber body and stem are made of high-strength alloy steel, while the springs are made of Cr-Si alloy steel and are black to complete the total dark look. Each shock absorber is equipped with a separate nitrogen-pressurized reservoir and heads produced with a special aluminum alloy and machined from solid with CNC machining.
Also available are the WMTA2V2 versions with longer wheelbase and hydraulic spring preload and WMT82V2 with shorter adjustable wheelbase and hydraulic spring preload.
